helpful staff comfortable suite mediocre breakfast stale croissant
The staff were very cute and helpful. I stayed in the duplex suite. It was quiet and comfortable. (I enjoyed the peace.)
The breakfast was mediocre. Croissants did not seem fresh. I found the coffee machine gave hot chocolate instead of coffee. It seemed not cleaned regularly.

charming stay near marais
friendly staff efficient machine
The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. my room had an efficient nespresso machine. I enjoyed fresh coffee each morning. the location was superb. I easily accessed metro lines, exploring different areas with ease. i found a good bakery just two minutes away, offering AMAZING pastries!!!
The room, while comfortable, felt a bit cramped. it was also near the elevator. The noise from passing guests was sometimes disturbing.

the superior double or twin room included a comfortable bed. i also found efficient lighting fixtures. the space was adequate for one person, however, might be tight for two. a nespresso machine was a nice touch.

while the hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant, many dining options are close. i found a great bakery nearby. i enjoyed fresh pastries EVERY morning!!! several restaurants are within a short walk.

the hotel has fast and reliable Wi-Fi access. it allowed me to stay connected. the elevator provided easy access to all floors. the reception area was tidy and well-kept.

faulty air conditioning missing cleaning
the staff was friendly which was acceptable
The air conditioning didn't work properly. It kept resetting ITSELF. the room cleaning did not happen one day. I also found the room rather NOISY, hearing everything from the neighbors.

convenient location excellent lighting coffee pods
the hotel benefits from a very convenient location near a metro station. i found the room lighting to be excellent, unlike many modern hotels. i especially appreciated the endless supply of coffee pods for the coffee maker provided.

helpful staff soft linen hot water easy access
the staff was always ready to assist, their smiles a warm welcome each day. the bed offered peaceful sleep with soft, clean linens. the shower had plenty of hot water, it was a true bliss. the location offered easy access to explore!
the elevator made a slight noise sometimes.
